Impeccably renovated rooms, attentive local staff, unbeatable central location, a charming stay awaits.

the restaurant was very clean with fine food and excellent coffee, we ordered excellent dishes. the view on the hills from the window was pleasant. great location - within a walking distance of everywhere we needed. the hotel was in a communal lounge area.

The rooms were air-conditioned with big comfy king beds, the staff were very responsive;)))

The hotel's quirky lobby kept me entertained with its cozy seating and ambient fish-filled aquariums. Conveniently located near cafes and massage parlors, it made my exploration of Chiang Mai good.

I encountered several issues . The room key system was inconvenient. Having to carry a physical key that controls the lights and AC made returning to a hot room difficult. The lack of soundproofing was noticeable, particularly because of the wooden doors, and there was no phone in the room for contacting the front desk.

Hot water in the shower was about as reliable as my cat on a diet. And finding the place at night? Good luck-it's like playing hide and seek with a hotel!

Room was stylish and attractively furnished. the place itself was gorgeous! . I thoroughly enjoyed fruit juice, toast, and pancakes. the service was excellent, no complaints whatsoever. I was there for the new year and had a really great stay.

The staff were very good. They quickly provided dental kits and other amenities when needed, which showcased their attentive service. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the bustling Sunday walking street. The shower had issues with water temperature, and the lack of soundproofing made some noise from the street noticeable at times. The breakfast menu offered a selection of homemade pastries that were a good treat.
